Our principal, Joe Squizzero, has been a business broker since 1995. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has earned the Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Assocation (IBBA). Joe is a past president of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

From 1984 to 1995 he owned and operated his own small business, video stores.

Prior to that he was a multi-unit manager for photo finishing and fast food chains.


Meg Shepard has been with Squizzero & Associates since 2003. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Meg has sold a variety of retail stores including restaurants, florists, liquor and convenience stores. Before Meg became a business broker, she worked as a System Analyst/Programmer in the IT Department for manufacturing companies.
