Buddy Carp
Buddy Carp is the President of Squizzero, Carp & Associates. He is a seasoned business broker and licensed real estate broker with extensive experience selling Main Street to Middle Market business across many industries. Through Squizzero, Carp & Associates, his previous consulting firm, and various entrepreneurial endeavors, Buddy has collaborated with numerous start-ups and established businesses. His expertise in business sales, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, business valuation, financing, operations, sales and marketing is invaluable throughout the business acquisition process.
Having owned and operated liquor stores, Buddy has a wealth of experience in the retail industry and was honored as Retailer of the Year for the state of Massachusetts. Throughout his tenure, he transformed a fledgling retail store into one of the top five chains in the state. Buddy also served as a long-time Board member and past President of the Massachusetts Package Store Association.
Before his success in the liquor industry, Buddy was the Co-Founder and President of New World Technologies, a computer company recognized by INC magazine as the sixth fastest-growing privately held company in America.
Buddy is an active member of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He is a multi-year recipient of the IBBA Chairman's Circle Award.

Coreen Tosti

Coreen Tosti is a Business Broker and Commercial Real Estate Agent at Squizzero, Carp & Associates. Before joining our team, Coreen was the Founder and President of a successful insurance agency which she built from the ground up, servicing both commercial and residential clients. Her expertise in sales & marketing, business development, strategic planning, and client relations were instrumental in her agency’s success.
In her current role as a business broker and commercial real estate agent, Coreen leverages this entrepreneurial background with the proven methodologies developed over the past 25 years by Squizzero, Carp, and Associate’s. This combination of learned skills and proven methodologies allows her to successfully navigate the complexities of selling a business while maintaining a focus on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. As a past business owner herself, Coreen understands the significant impact selling a business can have on a business owner’s life and she is passionate about helping her clients realize their desired result.

Joe Squizzero
Joe Squizzero, our Founder, established the firm in 1995. Joe was a Business Broker and a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He earned the Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Assocation (IBBA) and was past president of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA).
From 1984 to 1995 he owned and operated his own small business, video stores.
Prior to that he was a multi-unit manager for photo finishing and fast food chains.
Joe was a great human being who loved his family, loved life and loved being a business broker. His memory will always be with us.
