Buyer Confidentiality Agreement

Why We Require This

Every business we represent is sold confidentially. Before we can share financial details, the business’s identity, or other sensitive information about a listing, prospective buyers are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

This protects our sellers, their employees, customers, vendors, and competitors are not meant to learn a business is for sale until the seller is ready. It also means we can speak openly with you about real numbers once you’ve signed, rather than giving you vague, generic listing summaries.

Signing this agreement doesn’t obligate you to anything. It simply allows us to share real information with you about a specific opportunity.
